ANKARA, Türkiye, Apr. 15, 2026 – Valorborn, the sandbox RPG from Laps Games, launches today in Early Access for PC via Steam.

Your journey in Early Access begins in Thareon, one of the surviving kingdoms left behind in the aftermath of a great magical cataclysm. The legacy of that disaster still shapes the land, and in Thareon, magic is feared, hated, and met with deep distrust.
Explore a handcrafted medieval fantasy world, a sandbox full of discoverable and interactive locations. Caves, houses, abandoned structures, ruins, settlements, and dangerous wild frontiers are all part of a world designed to reward exploration and curiosity. NPCs follow their own routines, agendas, and needs, while the world moves forward with or without the player.
In Valorborn, the life you lead is yours to define. Become a sellsword and earn coin by solving the troubles of villagers, live off the wilderness with allies in your own encampment, produce and trade goods, hunt, fight, build, or forge a path entirely your own. There are no fixed classes. Character growth is shaped through the actions players take and the choices they make.
At launch into Early Access, players will be able to explore the kingdom of Thareon and experience the foundation of Valorborn’s sandbox systems, including progression through action, exploration, survival, combat, trade, and player-driven development.
Over time, with the introduction of more factions, kingdoms, and systemic depth, these competing interests will create an increasingly reactive and organic world. While not all planned systems are yet implemented, the current Early Access version already offers 20+ hours of gameplay, with significantly more content and features planned over time.

Valorborn launches in Early Access for PC via Steam today for $24.99 with support for English language text, and will continue to be expanded leading up to launch with new content and system approvements as player feedback accrues.
