Join the POSTAL Dude on a “relaxing” vacation in an all-new chapter for POSTAL: Brain Damaged. Just as he’s ready to soak up the sun for a much-needed breather, the President issues an executive order banning redheads. There’s no choice now but to grab anything vaguely shaped like a weapon and take the fight all the way to the top.
Unleash an over-the-top arsenal of improvised weapons like the Piss Gun, Weiner-Grinder Shotgun, and drill-powered Nyanbrella. Fight off hordes of self-absorbed Xitch Streamers, chiseled Tera Chads, and dried-up Hardened Seamen on the way out of this vacation-turned-carnival of horrors.
POSTAL: These Sunny Daze (PTSD) is another irreverent romp through the world of POSTAL, taking the bombastic boomer-shooter foundations of POSTAL: Brain Damaged and cranking them up to 11. Tear through semi-open world levels packed with enemies attacking from all directions, and use the POSTAL Dude’s new Sticky Hands ability to propel him across levels for an old-fashioned melee beatdown.

POSTAL: Brain Damaged – These Sunny Daze (PTSD) DLC will launch on PlayStation and Nintendo Switch on Monday, March 16, 2026, for $7.99. A bundle version containing POSTAL: Brain Damaged and the “These Sunny Daze DLC” will be available for $24.99. POSTAL: Brain Damaged – These Sunny Dayz features English, Polish, French, Italian, German, and Spanish-language subtitle support.
