Austin, TX – The renowned Texas R&B powerhouse Honey Made is proud to announce they are Official Artists for 2026 SXSW.
The ten-piece band has taken the Austin Live music scene by storm, delivering their signature brand of Texas R&B – a mix of modern, high-energy spin on vintage Funk, Soul and R&B. And critics have taken note with The Austin Chronicle praising their sound, calling it “a golden Motown sound” with “sunny James Brown callbacks and heavy trombones.” Word is Bond hailed the band’s music as “rife with all the goodies of the vintage funk-rock and soul jams from yesteryears. The production is super funky and edgy.”

Named “Best Live Band” by Austin Fit Magazine’s Best of Austin for two years in a row, Honey Made has shared the stage with icons like George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic, The Soul Rebels, Funk You, and The Spin Doctors.
They are among a global lineup of artists shaping the future of music at this year’s SXSW. This official festival selection marks a milestone moment for Honey Made as they continue to expand their audience through unforgettable live experiences and critically recognized releases. SXSW is set to take place this March in Austin, Texas, with Honey Made set times and dates to be announced.
Currently, they are slated to perform on Feb. 21 at Meanwhile Brewing in Austin, TX, plus at the iconic Rodeo Austin on Wednesday, March 18, 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM on the Rodeo Austin Outdoor Stage.
