While the boy is struggling to find his sister, the world around him cherishes his strength to overcome the odds. The elephant is the heart of the story as the city comes together to witness a miracle.

We were able to get an advance screener to watch the movie on our media account for Netflix. We don’t want to spoil much about the movie, but we have to say its fantastic! This is a great movie to watch with your family while enjoying some snacks like popcorn. We can’t wait until it comes out on March 17 and be sure to get Netflix in order to watch it.

Here is the review:

Pro:

  • Story
    • The story is pretty good as it showcases various twists throughout the movie. Peter is a young boy that is searching for something in his life, while being raised by a very strict soldier. When Peter should be getting his daily rations, he uses his coin to purchase some information about his long lost sister. The fortune tell explains that an elephant is the beginning of Peter’s journey in order to find his sister. He then learns later on that this is part of something bigger! The story flowed so well in this movie as well as explanations for different situations.
  • Digital Art
    • The animation in this movie is spectacular! I was astonished on how well the the digital art team created such breathless views in the movie. You can see textures in buildings, the floor, and on the characters themselves. They did an amazing job creating this movie to a well defined approach for viewers.
  • Family Fun
    • This is a movie for the whole family! You can sit down with your children to watch the film. I was able to sit down with my children to watch the screener and they enjoyed. They felt this is something they would rewatch over and over again on Netflix!
