The ALIEN RPG Evolved Edition and Rapture Protocol Launched on the Foundry VTT Today

Today, Free League Publishing announced that three modules for ALIEN The Roleplaying Game: Evolved Edition are now available on the virtual tabletop platform Foundry Virtual Tabletop, available for purchase on the Free League webshop and the Foundry VTT marketplace. The three modules are:

To use the Foundry virtual tabletop platform, players will need a Foundry license, available as a one-time purchase. With Foundry installed and set up, whether hosted on personal hardware or through one of several third-party hosting services, systems are free to install.

Systems are the foundation of Foundry, providing a game’s core mechanics and character sheets. On their own, systems do not include specific game content such as text, images, or statistics. To begin play, users install the appropriate system and create a game world using that framework.

Modules expand upon this foundation, offering optional content, tools, and enhancements that can be added to a game world. Premium Modules, such as those available for ALIEN The Roleplaying Game, are fully realized virtual tabletop adaptations of the physical products. They include integrated rules, maps, artwork, tables, and character data, removing the need for manual setup, and often feature additional scripting and automation to streamline play.
