Steel Panther Rock Emo’s

If there’s anything the hilarious hair metal band Steel Panther knows how to do, it’s party.

The group played Emo’s last night, April 10, 2026 to a roaring crowd of hard rockers and metal heads.

Although Emo’s had the venue partitioned halfway with a large curtain, those who did attend filled it out, and were completely psych’ed to welcome Steel Panther – who arrived with two stripper poles and gorgeous dancers to match onstage – and opener Cody Parks & The Dirty South, a country metal band from Nashville, TN.

Steel Panther are currently on their Twenty Twenty $ex World Tour. The group played plenty of hits off their certified gold debut album, Feel the Steel, among other great songs.

Austin, TX being a music town, we know how to make a great band feel welcome, and it was awesome to see so many people dressed up in their ‘80s hair metal wigs and Wayne’s World caps, ready to rock.

The high-octane glam metal group are playing The Aztec Theatre in San Antonio, TX tonight, April 11, and Jake’s Sports Cafe in Lubbock, TX on Sunday, April 12. You can find tickets to these shows here.

The band plans to release new material this year, for the first time since their last album On The Prowl came out in 2023.
