POP NEWCOMER Cil DROPS LIVE FROM THE LAUNDROMAT EP

October 3, 2025 (Los Angeles, CA) – Singer and songwriter Cil serves up her first-ever live release — Live from the Laundromat — out now on Warner Records. Listen HERE. She’s all energy and emotion as she slays on the three-track set, featuring her latest release “something like this” which led NYLON to proclaim Cil as “an exciting new pop girl who will definitely have me saying ‘I was there at the very beginning’ in a year years’ time.” To celebrate the project’s arrival, she also just dropped the “bloodsucker (live)” video. Watch HERE.

Capturing her powerhouse vocals and beguiling presence without filter, Live from the Laundromat is the next best thing to seeing Cil in concert! But if you’re lucky you can catch her supporting pop megastar Dua Lipa for 24 arena dates across North America on the Radical Optimism Tour. It already took over Madison Square Garden in New York, NY for a four-night stint. This weekend, the tour reaches Kia Forum in Los Angeles, CA for four shows 10/4-10/8, and concludes with a pair of gigs in Seattle, WA at Climate Pledge Arena 10/15-10/16. Check out the full itinerary below.

Cil ignited the summer with her don’t hold me accountable EP. Listen HERE. Beyond amassing over 10 million total streams, the project received critical acclaim. UPROXX hailed the single “hot shit” as “summer-ready” and a “piano-led bop.” Plus, Elite Daily spoke to her in-depth about the project, going on to note, “The pop/R&B record clearly paints the picture of a young woman stuck in toxic cycles.” HitsDailyDouble applauded it as “music that feels both personal and universally resonant.”

ABOUT CIL:

Cil isn’t afraid to pour her heart out on a track. Singing with the kind of soul you can’t teach, she untangles messy relationships, the turbulence of mental health, feelings of betrayal, premonitions of lust, and life-changing epiphanies without filter or apology. The Colorado-born and Los Angeles-based singer and songwriter has unassumingly emerged as a phenomenon on her own terms with a hard-hitting, yet hypnotic R&B pop sound. Growing up in Fort Collins with seven siblings, music offered the ultimate outlet for self-expression. As a kid, she diligently taught herself how to play piano, sing, and pen songs. Relocating to Los Angeles, she began to stake her claim in 2023 with tracks like “One More Shot,” and “Bloodsucker,” and earned the ultimate co-sign when Stevie Nicks hand picked her to open a series of sold-out arena shows. Along the way, the songstress garnered early acclaim from Billboard, Music Connection Magazine, SHEESH, and V Magazine who professed, “Cil is on the cusp of pop stardom.” In 2025, she holds nothing back once again on her new project, all created alongside Evan Blair [Dove Cameron, Benson Boone, Rosé]. Cutting deeper than ever, Cil pulls everyone closer with more music and shows on the horizon.
