Voice actress and singer Nao Toyama’s long-held dream “to reunite with everyone at the Nippon Budokan” will be coming true next year. The 10th Anniversary Final Live “Over The Rainbow at Nippon Budokan” will be held on March 11, 2027 and her upcoming hiatus from musical activities was also announced.
The announcement was made during a solo concert on February 8 in front of an in-person and livestream audience. She conveyed her message with a letter and requested her fans’ help in making her dream come true. She described her reason for the upcoming hiatus as “a positive decision to deliver a culmination of her decade-long journey and to think about the next phase of her career.” She did not announce when her upcoming hiatus will end. Her final concert will be held next year on her birthday, March 11, and promises to be a special event filled with emotions and shared alongside all those who’ve walked this path together with her, as they step forward into the future. Tickets to the concert will go on sale Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 10 AM, Japan Standard Time.
Furthermore, a new album will be coming out as a culmination of her ten year-long musical career leading up to the Budokan concert. More details will be announced at a later date.
In addition, a live birthday countdown stream will be hosted on YouTube on Tuesday, March 10 at 11 PM (JST) where she’ll share more information about tickets and exclusive details regarding her final concert.
