Seongnam, South Korea — February 3, 2026 | Kakao Games is excited to announce SMiniz, a brand new match-3 puzzle game featuring a selection of K-pop icons in partnership with SM Entertainment, including band members from K-pop groups RIIZE, aespa, and NCT.
Global pre-registration for SMiniz begins today, and runs until 23 February across multiple regions worldwide, with players who pre-register receiving a selection of rewards at launch, including Group Draw Tickets to try and nab their favourite K-pop star.

SMiniz received positive feedback during its closed beta test in 2025, and is preparing for an official launch later this year. Developed as an in-house title targeting a global fanbase, Kakao Games is handling global publishing and live service operations, while METABORA is responsible for development, and SM Entertainment provides the IP of its affiliated artists.
SMiniz is due to launch on iOS and Android in Q1 2026.
