I was able to stream the first season of Daredevil: Born Again on my Disney Plus account. I was very excited to see the show and the outcome from original Daredevil show. I’m not going to spoil much in this review, but the first episode offers huge spoilers that effect the outcome of this season.
The first episode started off huge as you see Matt Murdock and fans hanging out at the bar having some fun. Then a situation happens where my favorite Foggy takes a bullet that ends life. I’m a huge fan of Foggy due to not only his character portrayal but many years ago at Dallas Fan Expo, I was able to meet him. He was very cordial during discussions of the show and also meeting his fans, so this death, hit me a bit. Then, Daredevil is off to the races to find out his killer that unravels a situation that has Kingpin as the new mayor of New York. With Kingpin as Mayor, he makes it his duty to make sure these masked vigilantes are illegal and away from the city. Matt Murdock has a hard time with Foggy’s death where you can see how it takes a toll out of him. I like to see that time of emotion from him that gives direction for the other situations that happen during the show. The Punisher does come out, Frank Castle, and its epic! I’m not going to spoil that, but Punisher fans are going to enjoy it!

- I’m a huge fan of Foggy as he was cool person to meet on the comic con circuit. I was devastated that they killed him off in the first episode.

- You watch as Matt Murdock wrestles with his feelings and anger over the death of Foggy. This turns out a bigger situation throughout the show as it unveils a huge story!
- The Punisher
- Epic as I say!
