Battlefield 6 Open Beta Xbox Series S Review

Get to the frontline. Battlefield’s biggest Open Beta ever is going LIVE for two-weekends only, August 9-10 and 14-17. Wage war on multiple maps & modes, with progression challenges and rewards for every playstyle. Lock and load by pre-loading the Open Beta from August 4.

I was able to get a key for the Battlefield 6 Open Beta game for my Xbox Series S console. I was able to download the game to my console, it was a bit hefty at nearly 40 GB of size. Once done, I waited until the morning of August 7th to play the game. I woke up quite early, like 6AM, and just started to play. I liked how you are in teams and work together to fight off other teams to make sure your area is safe and secure. I was able to navigate the map to find the spots I had to be. Once there, I find a team leader and follow them as we begin our assault on our opponents. The weapons are pretty good at first but you can upgrade throughout the game. You gain upgrades throughout the game to finalize your weapons cache. I was able to upgrade my weapons with such ease that helped me keep playing the game.

This is a pretty good game, I can’t wait until it fully comes out!

Gameplay:

Pro:

  • Guns
    • The guns are good in the game and your able to upgrade your weapons as well.
  • Teamwork
    • You will have a team leader where you will follow and attack your opponents.

Con:

  • Glitchy
    • There were times the beta was glitchy on my end where the screen was going dark for periods of time. Its a beta so I understand and hope fix that when the game comes out!

Rating: 9 out 10
