VicI was looking for a new series to watch on television and saw that the show The Chosen kept on coming up for a watch. I continued to scroll by for months until today, I decided to watch the first 3 episodes. After the first episode, I was in tears. Then I continued on watching the next episode and next until the I told myself, I will just watch the first season today. Now, that I have seen the first season today, I’m delighted that I was able to watch it.
The Chosen is about the story of Jesus seen through multiple people who were involved in His life. This first season, you are shown glimpses of young Jesus with his mother as well as interactions of other biblical stories. I watched as I learned more about the person Jesus was and how he was joined with his team. I watched as he accepted people who were deemed at faults and then forgave them of their sins. With a renewed Born Again life for His team, Jesus is seen performing miracles to the people that need help throughout the first season. He explains how the miracles that help people will inspire others to turn to God and be more forgiving. I enjoyed this season of the series as I was hooked on the stories. I felt this would be more easement for others to start to look into the Bible to read more.

- The Set and Costume Design team did an excellent job recreating the scenes of the Roman days and how people were dressed. They looked flawless in the costumes and the areas that they have been in look very good to detail.
