I was able to get a sample of the Scimitar Elite Wireless SE Gaming Mouse to review. First things first, I made sure to do an unboxing video below of what you will get with the gaming mouse. The gaming mouse felt pretty nice in my hands and smooth to the touch. Once I was done with that, I booted up my laptop and made sure to have the iCUE software from Corsair installed. Once done, I connected the receiver and gaming mouse to do a firmware update. You always gotta remember to do your updates!
The smooth movement of the Scimitar Elite Wireless SE Gaming Mouse is pure exotic! I was in a fantasy land as I was able to use the mouse with such ease. The glow of colors featured on the mouse is intoxicating yet can be changed around in the iCUE software. With the wireless capabilities of the mouse, I was able to not worry about any wireless in the way while using my laptop. A true definition of craftsmanship was executed in the design of the mouse!
The most exciting thing about the Scimitar is its built in El Gato Stream Deck! Yes you heard me! A gaming mouse with a built in Stream Deck! El Gato brand no less! This is my first time ever using a El Gato Stream Deck, so I was quite excited to have one in my hand. I was able to download the virtual El Gato Stream Deck program to my laptop. Then, I was able to go to the marketplace and find some cool plugins and more to use from there. My first installation of course included wicked sounds that I can use when I stream on Tiktok Live. Many streamers and Live Hosts use their version of a Stream Deck to interact with their viewers and fans.
With the Scimitar Elite Wireless SE Gaming Mouse, your able to game and be your own Live host at the same time. I was able to program the buttons with cool sounds and a few things to make sure my Live Streams are more exciting. Lastly, I was able to hit up Tiktok Live with the virtual Steam Deck. My viewers were shocked on how easy it was to use the mouse and those cool sounds out during live. Many are waiting for my review of the mouse to purchase ASAP!
