RYAN CASTRO UNVEILS EMOTIONAL NEW SINGLE OJALA

Miami, FL (May 8, 2025) – Following the explosive debut of the album’s first track, “Un Trío” featuring Peso Pluma, Colombian reggaeton star Ryan Castro now shifts gears with “Ojalá”—a raw and emotional urban afrobeat that reveals his more vulnerable side.

Over melancholic melodies, Ryan Castro reflects on the emptiness left by a breakup and the longing to be reunited with his lost love in “Ojalá”. Listen HERE.

The track also offers a glimpse into the Caribbean essence of his upcoming album, a bold fusion of dancehall, reggae, and reggaetón inspired by Ryan’s personal journey of reconnection and self-discovery while living in Curaçao. This past weekend, Ryan Castro joined Maluma on stage at the historic Bogotá en el Mapa concert, performing their hit “+57” and Castro’s global anthem “El Ritmo Que Nos Une” in front of more than 30,000 fans at Estadio El Campín. While in Bogotá, he also surprised a select group of fans with an exclusive first listen of his upcoming album.

RYAN CASTRO, dubbed as “El Cantante Del Ghetto” is an artist who has become the definition of overcoming challenges since his upbringing in the Pedregal neighborhood of Medellín, Colombia, street busking in order to help his family economically.
