Also shoutout to Dinos for his San Antonio Spurs fandom! We are huge Spurs fans as well and thank you for the quote. Pop’s words are powerful when you sit down and listen to them.
Interview:
How did you get your start in music?
I had the opportunity to attend a Roger Waters concert when I was 15. When I saw him on stage, I knew that I wanted to be a bass player.
What type of music did you listen to while growing up?
I think the first song I can remember is great balls of fire by Jerry Lee Lewis. The movie about his life was playing on the TV and it grabbed my attention immediately. I grew up with classic rock, due to my father, you know the usual stuff, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Beatles etc.
As I grew up, I explored more of the modern British rock scene, and Ilistened to a lot of blues, jazz and funk as well. Nowadays, I try to explore as many genres as possible, from Comet is coming to Kendrick Lamar and from French 79 to Leprous. Though, my non-stop repeat these days has been the soundtrack of Bo Burnham’s inside.
What are fun stories you can share while you’re in the studio recording music?
I will kind of disappoint you here, because recording time is sacred for us (and also somewhat expensive) so we try to be efficient and really serious during that time. An interesting story that came to my mind was when our guitar player had this brilliant idea to record something resembling a church choir for the ending of our song “The First Step”. So everybody who was at the studio (our singer, band members, the audio engineer, the guy who brought us coffees) had to go into the booth and sing a part.

What is your latest song or album you can share with us?
Our latest album is called Odd One Out and it was released on February of 2023. A conceptual narrative, this eight-song collection employs futurism as a vehicle through which to explore themes of alienation, existential anxiety, and the struggles of urban life. In this grim picture of tomorrow’s world, however, hope is far from absent, as is the occasional tinge of black humor.
Where can our fans find you on social media for any music updates?
You can find us on youtube, spotify, facebook, instragram, bandcamp (where you can also support us and find our merch) and of course our own site. Links can be found below! Thank you again so so much!
