Mexico City, Mexico (June 30, 2025) — One of the leading acts in regional Mexican music, Grupo Firme made history as the first Mexican group to sell out nine shows at Estadio GNP in Mexico City, lighting up the capital for two consecutive nights with over 120,000 fans in attendance. Their ninth and final concert was streamed live on Disney+, where they broke the record for live viewership, becoming one of the most-watched livestreams on the platform — marking yet another milestone in the group’s remarkable career.
The three-hour spectacle featured a 40-song setlist and 49 musicians, including a standout collaboration with the Mexico City Philharmonic Orchestra, who joined the group on stage for symphonic renditions of beloved tracks like “El Beneficio de la Duda,” “Luna,” “Todavía Te Amo,” “Hubiéramos,” “Quiere Llorar y No Puede,” and “Alégale al Umpire.” The band also delivered crowd-pleasing performances of their biggest anthems, including “Ya Supérame,” “Qué Onda Perdida,” and “El Amor de Su Vida,” as well as fan favorites from their most recent chart-topping album Evolution.
From the moment the lights dimmed, the stadium pulsed with energy, as fans sang along, waved flags, and danced through every beat. Frontman Eduin Caz, known for his charisma and connection with the crowd, led the charge from a stunning diamond-shaped stage that gave fans in every direction an up-close experience.
Jhonny Caz, the band’s third vocalist, took center stage during a special segment dedicated to Pride Month, delivering a heartfelt message of visibility and acceptance.
