December 16, 2025 – Hooded Horse and Amplitude are excited to share details of the latest major update dropping for turn-based strategy game ENDLESS Legend 2. Featuring the full release of multiplayer, world map changes, diplomacy improvements, and a host of tweaks, fixes, and balances, players will have plenty to sink their teeth into as we head into the holiday season.
The Gathering’s big feature is multiplayer. Previously available via the Public Test Branch, this new mode is now moving to the main branch, and now more strategy fans can prove their dominance over their friends. Set up lobbies, choose factions, and have fun! The mode is still considered in “beta” as the studio continues to gather player feedback to refine the experience.
Other changes as part of the update include:
- World map changes, with territory sizes increasing by 30%
- Various diplomacy tweaks and improvements
- New game speed options, with mechanical changes depending on speed choice
- Retake Necrophage economy
- Pacification quest flow rework
- Aspects improvements
- And the usual round of bug-fixing and balancing, including changes to the tutorial and some targeted Steam Deck tweaks
ENDLESS Legend 2 is available in early access for PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and the Microsoft Store for $49.99 / €49.99 / £44.99 / ¥5,980. It is also available on PC Game Pass via Game Preview.
