Captain America: Brave New World storms onto digital platforms including Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and Fandango at Home on April 15, before making its triumphant debut on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on May 13.
In Marvel Studios’ Captain America: Brave New World, Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) – who now wields the shield of Captain America after events in “The Falcon and The Winter Soldier” – meets with newly elected U.S. president Thaddeus Ross (Harrison Ford) and soon finds himself in the middle of an international incident. In a race against time, Sam must discover the reason behind a nefarious global plot before the true mastermind has the entire world seeing red.
I was able to get a digital review copy of the new Captain America movie to showcase on the website. Once I redeemed the code, I was able to watch the movie on my 4K Television. The movie looked very good on my television with the audio sounding great even with the loud action scenes.
Captain America is back and stops Sidewinder from attacking church members in order to for him not to meet the buyer. Once he is taken care of, we are shown Captain America visiting an old friend and the introduction of the new Falcon. They are then invited to Washington to meet the President and other important world leaders. While they are there, a situation happens with Cap’s friend.
I will stop here as I don’t want to spoil much of the movie. I will say the new Captain America movie is pretty good in terms of post Endgame Marvel Studios. The story moved forward in terms of the Marvel story line and brought us new characters and enemies. I really enjoyed that as a whole. This brought more sensibility for a comic book fan to watch a story unravel that is new and continuation of the heroes legacy.

- Story
- I enjoyed the story as it continues to move forward in the Marvel Universe instead of back. They continue the story of Sam Wilson as the new Captain American and introduce the new Falcon. Sam Wilson must find out who is trying to frame his friend and others that tried to kill the President. He must investigate the situation which will unravel a multitude of things that is going on behind the scenes in the government.
- Red Hulk
- The introduction of Red Hulk and how he became the Red Hulk is legendary. This is how you tell a story in the movie to create a sequence of events that build upon that.
Con:
- Need a Second Movie
- This really isn’t a con but more of I want more. I felt there is more to tell in the story of Captain America with Sam Wilson and would be epic.
