Sofia, Bulgaria – December 15, 2025.
Beast Burst Entertainment, an independent game studio, will host a live showcase on Twitch and YouTube to share major updates on its upcoming MMORPG, Scars of Honor. The event marks an important step forward for the project, featuring the first public look at the game’s new art direction, updated PvE systems, ever-shifting replayable dungeons (yes, really), and a look at what’s coming next.
Scars of Honor is a free-to-play, non-pay-to-win MMORPG currently in development for PC, with additional platforms planned later. The game is built for players who enjoy deeper, more demanding MMORPG experiences, drawing inspiration from old-school MMO design while introducing modern systems focused on long-term progression, meaningful risk, and replayability.
Development began over four years ago as a personal project led by Venelin Vasilev, a longtime MMORPG player with a very specific idea of the MMO he wanted to play. As the project grew, so did the studio behind it. Today, Beast Burst operates as a fully remote team of over 100 developers working across multiple countries.
The studio has recently entered a new production phase, including a complete overhaul of the game’s art direction and visual identity. This work is led by Art Director Rasmus Hansen and has been progressively teased on the newly updated official website: www.scarsofhonor.com.
The upcoming showcase will feature:
- Real in-engine gameplay and environments
- A first look at the new art direction, characters, and creatures
- An overview of core gameplay systems, including procedural dungeons (more on that soon), talents, the Scar system, and PvP updates
- Clear updates on the game’s roadmap, including demo access and Steam availability

The showcase is designed for both players discovering Scars of Honor for the first time and long-time followers looking to see how far the project has come.
“This showcase is about clarity and transparency,” said Venelin Vasilev, Founder of Beast Burst (known internally as the Spoiler King, for good reason). “We want to clearly show what Scars of Honor is today, how it has evolved, and where it’s heading next. This isn’t a promise for the distant future- it’s a snapshot of what we’ve actively built over the past six months. We can finally share a first proper look at PvE, the dungeons (and yes, they’re procedural), new classes, crafting, cooking, and plenty more.”
Following the showcase, Beast Burst plans to host closed preview sessions for media and content creators, ahead of a public demo planned for early 2026. The studio is currently targeting Early Access by the end of 2026, with cosmetic-only monetization.
