May 6, 2025 (Conroe, TX) – Conroe’s beloved celebration of Japanese pop culture, KimoKawaii Anime Experience & Convention, returns for its fourth year on June 7-8, 2025, at the Lone Star Convention & Expo Center. KimoKawaii is more than just an event – it’s a family welcoming environment for fans of all ages. This year’s event welcomes voice actors Mauricio Ortiz-Segura (Giulio Gandini in My Hero Academia: You’re Next), Corey Wilder (S-Bear in One Piece), Tiffany Grant (Neon Genesis Evangelion), Annie Wild (Beta in Eminence in Shadow) and Jeremy Gee (Joe Higan in Ninja Kamui). ● The Geeks of Comedy: Stand-up and improv hosted by Bradley Smith (voice of Ryan’s World’s Combo Panda).
● Cosplay Contest: Compete for prizes in our popular cosplay competition.
● Giant Fuzzy Totoro: Hug a life-size Totoro built by a well-known local artist, a unique photo opportunity you won’t want to miss!
● Authentic Japanese Video Arcade: Free-play machines hosted by Okashi Houston.
● Japanese Vending Machines: Available at Okashi Houston’s vendor booth in the exhibitor hall.
